Josh Stevens at Stevens Plumbing and Gas approached me to work with him and create a brand that would be recognisable in a competitive market and express the values of his business. The brand is clean, reliable, honest and approachable. Deep blue and red not only reference plumbing and heating, they are also honest and reliable (blue) and passionate and expressive (red). The slab serif typeface has been modified to have gentle curved edges and the bold 'S' ads weight and reliably to the word mark.
